What has been accomplished is a beginning, not an endpoint.
In my first 4 months as an ODSP Employment Specialist with TNG, I have focused on identifying gaps, developing practical systems and resources, strengthening client engagement and employer relationships, and creating movement toward employment.
The work has produced early results. More importantly, it has created a foundation for what comes next.
With continued delivery, that foundation can become stronger systems, deeper engagement, more employment opportunities and sustained outcomes for clients.
Identify gaps, barriers and servcie needs.
Design practical, client-centred solutions.
Put solutions into practice consistrntly.
Refine, adapt and strenghten our approach.
These first months have been about more than individual outcomes. They have been about identifying where service delivery can be strengthened, developing practical responses and building tools that support consistent, client-centred practice.
The next phase is about continuing to refine what works, strengthening employer and community partnerships, and creating sustainable approaches that support both clients and service delivery.
