As an Employment Specialist supporting Ontario Disability Support Program participants, I manage an active caseload of more than 120 individuals with diverse employment goals, experiences and support needs. My work combines individualized employment planning, career coaching, system navigation, documentation, employer engagement and ongoing follow-up.
I work alongside clients to identify practical barriers, develop realistic employment goals and create individualized strategies that build on their existing skills and experience. Support may include resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, job-search strategies, referrals, employer communication and coordination of available employment supports.
Alongside direct client service, I have developed practical systems, resources and service approaches designed to strengthen engagement, follow-up and continuity across a large caseload.

Developed an Excel-based case management system to strengthen caseload oversight, follow-up and service continuity. Automated features identify missed appointments, overdue contact and key service milestones while supporting a consistent workflow across a large active caseload.
