My work has included developing programs, workshops, resources and practical tools in response to needs identified through frontline community and employment services. The work highlighted here demonstrates how I translate service gaps and participant needs into practical, usable solutions.
I designed an Excel-based case management system to strengthen caseload organization, client follow-up and service continuity within employment services. The system brings key information into one structured workflow while automatically identifying clients requiring attention, missed appointments, overdue contact and upcoming service milestones.
The system was designed as a practical companion to existing case-management processes, helping make a large active caseload easier to monitor while supporting consistent documentation and follow-through.
PROJECT SNAPSHOT
Purpose: Caseload management, follow-up and service continuity
Platform: Microsoft Excel
Design: Multi-tab automated workflow system
Documentation: Complete user guide and built-in quick-reference instructions
PROJECT IMPACT
Prioritizes clients requiring immediate or overdue follow-up
Tracks missed appointments and contact attempts
Supports employer leads, resume activity and employment follow-up
Automatically identifies key client and employment checkpoints
Creates a consistent workflow that can be understood and used by other staff
Peer-Led Employment & System Navigation Model
I co-developed a structured peer navigation program supporting ODSP recipients with employment readiness, benefits literacy and system navigation. The program combines lived-experience-informed peer support with practical learning, helping participants better understand income-support systems, build confidence and strengthen their ability to advocate for themselves.
The model included curriculum development, peer facilitator training, evaluation planning and program budgeting, creating a framework designed for consistent delivery and future growth.

Dignity-Based Essential Clothing Access Initiative
I developed Project Underpants in response to a simple but frequently overlooked need identified through street outreach: reliable access to clean underwear and basic hygiene items for people experiencing homelessness.
The initiative used community donations and existing agency infrastructure to create a practical, low-barrier distribution model. Beyond meeting an immediate material need, the project demonstrated how a small, targeted intervention could support dignity, health and trust while strengthening connections between community organizations, service providers and local supporters.
Project Snapshot
Target Population: Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability
Program Format: Low-barrier essential clothing distribution integrated into existing agency services
Focus Areas: Preventative health, hygiene access, dignity-based service delivery
Outcome Goal: Reliable access to clean undergarments and socks to improve comfort, health, and dignity
Program Impact
Distributed 4,000+ essential clothing items over approximately one year
Served an estimated 150–250 individuals experiencing housing instability
Operated within existing agency infrastructure without additional staffing
Delivered essential clothing access at approximately $60 per client annually
